Verity Frearson is Harrogate’s No1 Estate & Lettings Agency – We have proudly partnered with Verity Freason for many years to support their business growth and establish their No1 status in the region. Working on regular advertising campaigns we have strived to push the brand messaging to ‘stand out’ from the competition, developing memorable campaigns that really capture the attention of the local audience. Our support has seen them extend beyond traditional advertising methods, incorporating digital marketing, social media and online platforms to maximise their audience reach and brand awareness.
As our relationship has grown with Verity Frearson, so has the repertoire of awards that they have received over the years. These accolades recognise their excellence in customer service, marketing, support to local charities and overall performance in the property industry.
Naturally, their website has had to develop alongside the success of their business growth and we have recently designed and built a modern, user-friendly website to showcase their latest property listings and engage with existing and potential new clients. The new design had to be visually appealing to align with the brand values and forward-thinking campaigns they have become so well known for. There was a key focus on user experience, ensuring that the website is very easy to navigate with a mobile first approach. In addition to the key design elements we integrated advanced features such as property search filters, virtual tours and a full Jupix integration to support their property portfolio on Rightmove.
We are delighted to showcase our work for this fantastic local brand and look forward to many more years working with them on their online and offline design and marketing requirements.
